Duties:

• Support the Outpatient Rehab staff
• Telephone patients to confirm appointments.
• Collate and assemble chart packets.
• Pull and file patient charts.
• Clerical tasks as requested.

Requirements:

• Responsible, mature, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and have excellent telephone skills.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Able to sit at a desk for long periods of time with intermittent walking and standing.

Assignments: 

(All shifts may not be available)

• Monday-Friday: 10am-2pm
