Duties:

• Assist with processing and sorting mail and faxes
• Making reminder phone calls for appointments

Qualifications:

• Junior or Adult volunteer
• Able to communicate clearly in English and have excellent telephone skills
• Able to work independently and follow directions given by staff
• Able to use AIDET to make phone calls to patients
• Responsible, mature, and possess good interpersonal skills
• Maintaining patient confidentiality
• Able to sit at a desk for long periods of time with intermittent walking and standing
• Able to email volunteer hours to the volunteer office

Assignments: (All shifts may not be available)

Monday-Friday: 10am-2pm
