Duties:

• Assists Security Officer at the Main Lobby Desk.
• Scan Visitors ID, take a photo and create a visitor bade.
• Answering visitor questions.
• Distribute volunteer meal vouchers.
• Sit a lobby desk on patient floors as needed.
• Cross train as Lobby Ambassador / Escort and assist as time permits.

Requirements:

• Maintain the maturity, responsibility and interpersonal skills to interact cordially with patients, staff, volunteers and other customers
• Possess problem-solving skills for their assigned area of responsibility and be able to handle stressful situations
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Assignments: 

(All shifts may not be available)

•  Sunday – Saturday: 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm
