Duties:

• Clerical tasks
• Handling and processing of biohazard blood products and patient samples (in closed containers)
• General equipment cleaning and simple preventative maintenance tasks
• Organizing of patient requisitions and paperwork
• Assisting with checking in and labeling of reagents and supplies
• Restocking of supplies
• Assisting with sending and retrieval of blood products from the pneumatic tube stations

Qualifications:

• Need to be mature and self-starters
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexible, good stamina and possess good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Listen well and follow specific directions
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Use and maintain personal protective equipment

Assignments: (All shifts may not be available)

Sunday-Saturday: 10am-2pm
