Duties:

• The Courtesy Shuttle drivers are often the first greeters of patients and visitors to the hospital.
• Transport patients and visitors to and from parking lots and the lobby/emergency room areas.
• Cruise the parking lots on a regular basis to offer rides.
• Assist visitors/patients with directions and finding lost cars.
• Interact with Hospital Security and Valet Services.

Requirements:

• Have a current driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Possess the maturity, responsibility and interpersonal skills to interact cordially with patients, staff, volunteers and other customers.
• Volunteers must be able to handle stressful situations.
• Volunteers must maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Assignments: 

(All shifts may not be available)

• Monday – Friday: 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm
