Duties:

• Rounding on patients.
• Stocking blanket warmers and isolation carts.
• Discharge patients to the lobby.
• Answer call lights and assist with simple needs of the patients.
• Room audits for equipment and supplies.
• Preparing admit and discharge packets.
• Assist with writing and addressing thank you cards.

Requirements:

• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Be able to follow cleaning/sanitizing procedures.
• Volunteers must possess the maturity, responsibility and interpersonal skills to interact cordially with patients, staff, volunteers and other customers.
• Volunteers must maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Assignments: 

(All shifts may not be available)

• Monday – Sunday: 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm
