Palomar UC San Diego Health’s values require each of us to “speak up” when we see or hear something that may be wrong or inappropriate.
To report an incident, you can use our Mobile Incident Reporting Hotline. You can scan the QR code found on this flyer.
One way to speak up is simply to speak directly to the person(s) involved. That gives them the benefit of the doubt and may reveal information you didn’t know.
Another way is to speak to someone in a position that can do something about what you have seen – for example, a supervisor, Compliance Office, Human Resources, Security, etc… Try to be specific about your concern and avoid prejudging.
You can also speak up by using the below methods:
- Speak with Palomar UC San Diego Health’s Corporate Compliance Officer – by calling 442.281.3632
- Call the confidential Palomar UC San Diego Health Compliance Hotline at 1.800.850.2551
- Complete the form at Palomar UC San Diego Health Web Reporting Site.
- Finally, you can speak up directly to any of the many State and Federal Agencies that regulate the District or to our Accrediting Agency, The Joint Commission. Here are some numbers if this is the route you choose in order to raise a concern:
- Department of Health and Human Services Medicare Fraud Hotline:
