Our Services Offer Peace of Mind
Subacute Services
Our specialized Subacute Unit cares for medically complex patients requiring ventilator support, tracheostomy management and advanced respiratory interventions. This unit is led by our Medical Director.
Skilled Nursing
24/7 Registered Nurse coverage and a collaborative team of RNs, LVNs and CNAs ensure comprehensive care, including:
- IV medications
- Blood transfusions
- Diabetes management
- Wound care
- Restorative nursing to support independence
In-House Rehabilitation
With physical, occupational and speech therapy offered six days a week, our therapists personalize each plan to meet your goals, whether that’s regaining mobility, reducing fall risk or preparing to return home.
Social Work & Case Management
Our master’s-level Social Workers and Nurse Case Managers help you and your family navigate your next steps, from discharge planning to connecting with community resources.
